ARCHITECTURE
Existing 973mt² industrial salmon hatchery rebuild. The scope of rebuild involved new reinforced concrete, wood framing and mass timber systems. The project was received at CD90%. Role: Project management, consultant coordination, client communication, internal team coordination, CD drawings.
New 780mt² pesticides storage building in steel structure and exterior metal cladding. The building contains a tractor garage, a covered filling station area as well as a small research lab for pesticides trials. Role: Consultant coordination, client communications, CD drawings and initial CA (excavation).
633mt² TI commercial renovation in an existing concrete building. The project included radio chemistry research labs and the addition of a platform inside the building to locate the mechanical equipment. Project management all phases.
